Borax: with glycerin and lead acetate, as a local application.

Zinc Oxide: in inflammation the following formula is useful: Take Zinci oxidi, 1 dram; Plumbi carbonat. 1 dram: Cetacei, 1 oz.: Ol. olivae q.s.; ft. ung.

a.r.s.enic: in paroxysmal sneezing as usually ushers-in hay fever.

Camphor: as powder, or strong tincture inhaled in commencing catarrh.
