I Don’t Like The World, I Only Like You

Hence, I sent a text to my friend. “What happened to the person you like when you were still a student?”

I received a variety of replies:

“He became someone’s dad.”

“He is married and have a baby already. Yesterday, I dreamt of him, he was still the same to me, he don’t give a d.a.m.n about me. It seems like no matter how hard I tried to catch up to him, the effort is futile.  I was very sad in the dream. However, he didn’t do anything wrong, he just never like me.”

“History question was my love during my student’s days.”

As I was scrolling through the texts, I realized I accidentally sent a text to Mr. F also.

I did not really expect him to give me a reply, true to my expectation he did not answered.

During that period of time, the two of us were very busy with work. When I came home, it was already 11pm, however he came home even later than me.

While I was drowsily asleep at night, I felt him climbing onto the bed quietly and help covered me in blanket.

The next morning, he was already gone. I opened my messages’ box and saw an unread text. It was his reply.

“She is my wife now, sleeping beside me peacefully.”

Time received was 2.15am.
